Discovery for agents

The skill catalogue lists each skill’s category, tools, roles, starting conditions, expected result and versioned URL. It is documentation metadata, not a live company-status API or permission grant.

The native skill manifest exposes the hosted skills and their digests. Load only the selected skill and its relevant references. Check release status before using an authenticated operation.

After a playbook finishes, the agent should recommend one next useful job based on your evidence and goal. It should not start unrelated work or present every possible integration option.
